For this year, we are asking you to challenge your students to work together with

their families to come up with a healthy change together!

Some ideas for Family Policy Changes are: 

No sugary drinks like pop, soda or sports drinks in the house  Try a new fruit or vegetable each week 
 No TV after 7 p.m. on school nights   Family walks after dinner together

Cook a healthy meal together as a family 

Family game night once a week 

 Write a gratitude list of things you are grateful for as a family

 Aim to drink at least 8 cups of water each day

 Eat dinner together as a family at least 3 times per week Write a thank you note to someone you care about
